SCHOOL EXPERIENCE SURVEY
The School Experience Survey is an annual survey administered in the fall to all schools. Survey results provide schools with very important feedback from teachers, staff, students and parents. The district’s School Experience Survey began on Monday, October 25, for all parents and staff, and students in Grades 4-12. The deadline to complete your survey is Friday, December 10, 2021.
This year, to protect the health and safety of everyone in our school community, we strongly encourage parents to take the survey online by going to http://achieve.lausd.net/schoolexperiencesurvey and clicking the “Parent Survey” button near the top of the page. The parent survey is available in English and other languages and can be completed on any digital device. If you are not able to take the survey online, a limited number of paper surveys are available at our school. Please contact us for details.

VACCINATED STUDENT COVID PROTOCOLS
In light of elementary-aged students being eligible for the COVID-19 vaccination, please review LAUSD's protocols related to children who test positive for COVID-19 or have been exposed to COVID-19.
There is no change to LAUSD's protocols related to students who test positive for COVID-19. Students who test positive must isolate for 10 days.
Whether a student who has been exposed to COVID-19 and is identified as a close contact must quarantine depends on whether the child has been vaccinated or not. Unvaccinated students must quarantine for a minimum of 7 days. Vaccinated students do not need to quarantine so long as they are asymptomatic.

SCHOOL HOLIDAY - VETERANS DAY
In observance of Veterans Day, there will be no school. School will resume Friday, November 12.
PERIODIC COVID TESTING
Our COVID periodic testing this week will take place on Friday, November 12. Students will be able to continue to get a Daily Pass throughout the week.
